Dear all, I am in favour of At-Large submitting comments and I am willing to be part of WG for this task. I was ALAC representative in the GNSO-TPR PDP and I agreed to the outcome of the PDP working group. However, in my view we should emphasise the lack of Registrants to initiate a Transfer Dispute.
