I think that this is simply a requirement to act on the request of the ccNSO and GNSO and in line with the separation review and is simply the other side of the requirement: the separation decision requires the new operator to agree a RAP with CSC and the CSC needs to be required to agree the new RAP with the new operator. While about it, I noticed that the last paragraph of the charter is no longer necessary. Could you please use this version (…DA_MB2) as my input in developing the final version. I’ve gone through it and made some minor changes and a few comments in the attached. Generally I’m happy with the draft and fairly relaxed about my proposed changes.
