Dear all, In order to help frame our work during the Intensive Work Weekend (10-11 January), we will put together a survey for the CWG based on suggestions proposed during the Public Comment. We present the draft now, so that the group can review and give their feedback. Please be aware that it is a very early draft. You may use the mailing list of course, but Greg Shatan has also offered to use the RFP3 call on Friday 2 January at 14:00 UTC as an opportunity for discussion. We will review the feedback following the RFP3 call and expect to put out the survey to the group on Friday 2 January. This gives the group just 7 days to complete the survey in time for the Intensive Work Weekend. As with all the CWG work to date, we realize that this is a short turnaround time, but would appreciate the guidance in order to make the Intensive Work Weekend as productive as possible. Hi, I would like to share the latest version of the Internet numbers community's response to the Request For Proposals issued by the IANA Stewardship Coordination Group (ICG) for your reference. As you are probably aware, the RIR communities has been working to develop the number resources component of the IANA transition proposal. The draft has been prepared by the Consolidated RIR IANA Stewardship Proposal (CRISP) team, based on its role to integrate the input from each of the 5 RIR regions and finalize the initial RIR submission to the ICG, in response to the RFP. Key dates: First draft comments close: 5 Jan 2015 Second draft to be published: 8 Jan 2015 Second draft comments close: 12 Jan 2015 Final proposal to be sent to ICG: 15 Jan 2015 If you have any feedback, please submit your comment to <ianaxfer(a)nro.net> mailing list for the CRISP team to consider as community feedback for the number resources component of the IANA function. Reminder: Call for volunteers for the Drafting Group

Dear all, As noted on the previous CWG call, there will be a small drafting team working intensively between now and 29 December to produce a summary/analysis of the public comments received. This group includes the Chairs and the Coordinators. If you would like to join this effort, please contact me directly. Please note: this will be a high-intensity activity occurring over what is a holiday period for some. Please only join the effort if you are able to commit the significant time required. The summary/analysis is not expected to be a final or authoritative document but rather an aid to the CWG as it prepares for the next steps of its work. The summary/analysis will be presented to the full group on our next call on 30 December at 14:00 UTC. Best, Grace
