Dear Greg Shatan: I note that the questions that I had proposed have been entirely ignored. I would appreciate it if you would incorporate them into the suggested brief for external counsel. It would also be important to make it quite clear to an eventual external counsel that the questions relating to separability and Contract Co. imply NO implicit bias inn favour of one solution or another. I've been advised that in order to make this request, we should have a list of the questions we would like to put to counsel.
