Dear all, Regarding .SU table, without any politics or similar issues, we have some facts to consider: 1. The fact is that .su TLD is alive one 2. The fact is that .su have all Cyrillic letters from ex-USSR 3. The fact is that .su have all Cyrillic letters from today’s Russia Federation (including Tatar, f.e.) 4. The fact is that we don’t have experts in GP for many of Cyrillic languages (including most of today’s languages in RF) 5. The facts is that we need to focus our attention to those languages with EGDS <=4 (https://www.ethnologue.com/about/language-status) So, my recommendation would be that @dk prepares two combined tables – one with, and other without .su table. As far as I know, it’s not causing You more hard work, Dmitry? Second one would be our working table, and the first one will be our goal – to reach or find the experts with enough knowledge for that languages, so we can use full one with .su table. Any other opinions? If there would be a table for each language than I can add it. Personally, I think SU domain should not be ever used except as legacy (compare: CS, YU) but that's unrelated. -- dk@ On 3 июля 2016, at 15:17, Dmitry Belyavsky <beldmit@gmail.com <mailto:beldmit@gmail.com> > wrote: Dear Dmitry, I am not sure that removing the SU table is a good idea. The table was designed to contain all the symbols in Cyrillic scripts used in former USSR. So all of them have a chance to be used in the new gTLDs. Also, I have two proposals: 1) remove SU table (it's not a language, no tag); 2) find expert for Tatar Cyrillic - it is widely used and there is already TATAR gTLD (Latin). PS don't mind you reminding me by Friday. -- dk@ On 3 лип. 2016 р., at 00:00, Dusan Stojicevic <dusan@dukes.in.rs <mailto:dusan@dukes.in.rs> > wrote: Dear all, Dmitry, In attach You can find tables for Mongolia and Kazakhstan, c/p from IANA repository.
