I love Kiev (and Kyiv too), but it's much more simple to get from Moscow to Minsk than to Kiev.

I flew to Moscow for ENOG. It is a quick connection in Minsk. As a bonus, immigration formalities are performed there so no big queue as in Domodedovo.
As a bonus, you can fly to IEV (Zhulyany) which is right in the city so your taxi costs 2 euro.
