This is doing the part of the Panel participants. But some of the Panel participants considers that it is necessary additionally to fix personal contribution. For this purpose during call-conference was suggested to use the mailing list. This suggestion was accepted. Thus, we have two mechanisms for discussions: 1) emailing list for current discussions and 2) Dropbox for fixing of intermediate and final results. I want to note, as Chair, that despite the voluntary nature of participation, Panel' work MUST BE done in time. The different urgent situations may arise. Therefore, rule of "3-5 business days" is not absolute. If someone can't to take part in relevant discussion - will work in the "catch-up" mode. > 4. We have bound to real deadlines in framework of general job of all Panels. Another thing that we don't have determined dates yet. But it will end very soon. I think that up to 15th Apr.
