Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives, As Alejandra noted in her email (thank you, Alejandra, for coordinating), there appears to be general support for hosting the Approval Action Community Forum at ICANN86 in Seville. Therefore, ECA support staff will proceed with finalizing the Community Forum on the public ICANN86 schedule. The Approval Action Community Forum will be held on Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 08:00 - 09:15 UTC (10:00 - 11:15 CEST). You may expect a subsequent email shortly regarding Community Forum logistics. Following the expiration of the Approval Action Community Forum Period (11 June 2026, 23:59 CEST), the 21-day Approval Action Decision Period will begin, during which time each Decisional Participant has the responsibility to inform the EC Administration in writing as to whether it supports or objects to the Approval Action; or it has determined to abstain from the matter. The Approval Action Decision Period will expire on Thursday, 2 July 2026 at 23:59 PST. If a Decisional Participant does not inform the EC Administration of its support or objection by that time, it shall be deemed to have abstained.
