Dear Yrjö, thank you for the update version of the letter. The fact that it fits on one page really helps out, so it is an improvement. If I understand correctly, you are asking for ALS reps to respond by email to the letter with name etc. How long will we wait for a response? Second, you suggest that staff send the email out - Would that be more effective than if I send it? I note that the email is drafted with a rather personal tone (and is personalised using mail merge), so would it be better that it comes from me?
