In order to facilitate deliberations on this topic, the attached draft framework has been created to form the basis for the brainstorming exercise planned for ICANN60. Please have a look and share with the list whether any additional possible mechanisms should be added to the framework, any additional questions should be asked and/or any other feedback you have in relation to this exercise. Based on your feedback as well as further review by the leadership team, a final version will be shared ahead of the meeting.
