Vittorio The updated schedule will probably be published Thursday or Friday of this week. There's a planning meeting scheduled for this afternoon where I believe some updates might be provided. Most of the SO/ACs have met with ICANN staff a few times over the last few days and the discussion around the schedule has been one of the items. The timezone for whatever schedule is finalised will be Cancun NOT LA, from my read of the FAQ that was published last night. Both the (few) people that will still be going to Cancun and the others that will attend remotely need to plan their work and personal life in those days, which are just two weeks away. At least having a general idea of when the sessions will be held would be very useful, even basic things such as the start and end time each day, whether it will cover all days from Sunday to Thursday or some will be spared, whether the original block schedule will be generally confirmed, etc. If it were me, I'd just publish the original in-person schedule (which was supposedly ready a week ago) and I would say that each session will be either cancelled or moved to a Zoom room, letting each session organizer decide - that looks like the easiest thing to do.
