Hi Roberto, I guess some of us will meet at the Studienkreis meeting in Sofia soon again. Regarding your subsequent plans and questions: You are right, we have no ALS in this region (the Greek ALS was decertified recently). However, a good contact and reference point for the southern countries of former Yugoslavia is DiploFoundation in Belgrade and Vladimir Radunovic <vladar@diplomacy.edu> who may be helpful. Some of the foundations of German political parties have offices (and good people) in the region and conducting interesting programs there. I will attend the ICANN Studienkreis in Sofia at the end of this month (http://www.icann-studienkreis.net/).
After that, I am planning to travel in Albania and the southern countries of the former Yugoslavia.
I will be somewhat constrained in time, but if there will be the opportunity to meet with the local Internet communities, I would love to do it.
To the best of my knowledge, there's no ALS over there (please correct me if I am wrong) but I would appreciate if someone has contacts.
