This was discussed prior to the Brexit vote, a while ago when EurID visited London. A good position description was related on: https://comlaude.com/news/possible-impacts-brexit-eu-domain-registrants Brexiters (and please note I am saying "Brexiters", not Brits, as I think that Brexiters are a small segment of Brits) need to come to the understanding that when they keep on saying "out is out", they might be referring to the state of a Cricket batsman who has been dismissed so that he must cease batting, but continental people understand this as "aus", "fuera", "en dehors", "fuori", "ud", "uit" etc. In cricket, a batsman will be not out if he comes out to bat in an innings and has not been dismissed by the end of the innings. One may similarly describe a batsman as not out while the innings is still in progress. So "out is out" may turn to being "not out" if, for example the batsman hits the ball out for a Six. Olivier ps. I don't expect continentals at the European Commission to understand that. On 29/03/2018 14:40, Michele Neylon - Blacknight wrote:
