Good Morning, Just a few comments on the De-accreditation draft. The opening paragraph seems to over simplify this document “…developed this procedure for managing notifications to customers…”, the draft details more than just customer notifications. Do we need to add something like “…with community input…” in the second paragraph? Section 2.6 refers to notifications in “Section 3.3”, I assume this is just a bad reference?
