Meeting Topics Covered: * ICANN org introduced the PPSAI Consensus Policy Requirements for Privacy and Proxy (P/P) Service Providers (19 May 2026) <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/document/d/1_Iq73jjI3qYe0...> document. * IRT reviewed and discussed ICANN org’s current implementation approach for each requirement. * IRT discussed differing views on which entities should be considered P/P providers for the purpose of the PPSAI Consensus Policy. IRT Tasks: * Provide comments within the PPSAI Consensus Policy Requirements for P/P Service Providers document by EOD Thursday, May 28. * Continue IRT discussion on the email list. ICANN org Tasks: * Review IRT input on the PPSAI Consensus Policy Requirements for P/P Service Providers document and share responses with IRT in advance of the next meeting. * Develop potential options for resolving which entities should be considered P/P providers for the purpose of the PPSAI Consensus Policy and share with IRT in advance of the next meeting.
