My understanding, which may not be correct, is that there are several topics or streams involving IDNs that we are expected to look at. They were all lumped into one bucket, but my understanding is that they are probably better dealt with by topic or stream. Yes. Several topics; some are independent, but some intersect. For example, the management of variant domains is a common topic in the TLD framework as well as in the IDN guidelines, albeit some scope differences. The TLD framework being more detailed than the Guidelines.
