Mary Wong:@Janvier, it's the GNSO Working Group Guidelines that lay out the role and selection of a WG Chair. As part of the GNSO Operating Procedures, any changes have to first go through a public comment process. Recently any such changes have been developed by the GNSO's Standing Committee on Improvements, on referral from the GNSO Council. Janvier Ngnoulaye:Thank Mary for these explanations. Mary Wong:You're very welcome! There's nothing to stop a WG from recommending that this be done, to the GNSO Council, but I thought it might be helpful to you all to know the process.
