GNSO Council adoption of DNS Small Team Final Report

Dear all, As you may be aware, the GNSO Council, during its November monthly meeting held earlier today, voted unanimously in favor of the DNS Abuse Small Team Report motion<https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Motions+2022-11-17>.
