Hi Terri et al, I cannot attend Monday's meeting but hope to be able to come in to the zoom on Tuesday. Separately, could staff please locate the Human Rights - Framework of Interpretation adopted by the ICANN Board in compliance with the Human Rights Core Value in the Bylaws? I believe adoption of the HR-FOI occurred at ICANN66 in Montreal. Based on comments received in the Council's December meeting, this document will be relevant to the Charter drafting discussion.
