Rather than rely on the assumption that no comment means agreement, I’d prefer to have each represented group actively confirm their agreement if that is indeed the case and if not, provide comments/input so that we can discuss areas of contention and find agreeable language for all to the extent possible. Recommendation 1.5 under A5 (p.6): this proposed recommendation may be revisited after the EPDP Team tackles other charter questions; additional details may need to be fleshed out. 2. Recommendation 1.6 under A6 (p.9): please pay particular attention to the proposed definition of “grandfathering” and provide input, if any. Please provide any input/suggestion for the draft outcome language on the mailing list by Tuesday, 22 January. Any substantive comments will be discussed during the EPDP Team meeting in about two weeks.
