Dear Team, It has truly been an invaluable experience working alongside all of you. This journey has not only been a great learning opportunity but also a remarkable example of how we can collaborate harmoniously, even when our perspectives differed. In fact, this has been one of the most positive and collaborative working groups I`ve ever had the privilege to be a part of. I often refer to the IDN EPDP as a gold standard for what a policy development process should aspire to be . Donna, your leadership has been nothing short of outstanding, setting the tone for our success. The dedication and commitment of the Staff team have also greatly contributed to this experience, and I&rsquod like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ariel, Emily, Saewon, Dan, and Steve for their unwavering support throughout this process .
