RE: natural-legal persons, looks to me like you did a thorough job of meshing the many suggestions for change. There is no mention of the fact that current registrations are not classified by legal/natural. That may be too obvious to need stating, however, and if trying to fix this throws us back into two hours of contentious wordsmithing I’d say don’t worry about it. I am generally in approval of this as it stands, and am eager to settle on language and move on to other things.
