Hi Stephane, Thomas will be meeting with the NCSG (group who requested the deferral) this coming Wednesday to brief them on the WGs full consensus recommendations. Its expected that this session will help them better understand how the Reconvened WG came to its conclusions and ready the NCSG for the September GNSO Council meeting. This motion will for sure be voted on by the GNSO Council at its 27 September meeting. Ill defer to Thomas on your participation request, but I suspect its not necessary at this time.
