Procedurally, I just need the formal approval of the rest of IPC leadership
for Lori to be formally appointed the SCI Alternate Representative.  I've sent
the requisite email, and expect responses in due course.  I anticipate that
this change will be broadly supported by the IPC leadership.

That's a very good idea Anne.  I think the NPOC is the only one, but
unless I've missed it we seem to be missing an Alternate for the Registrar
Stakeholder Group.  Shall I send out an inquiry and just ask each group to
confirm their Primary and Alternate?
