Could someone please clarify for me what we are supposed to do in evaluating the effectiveness of the changes in By-Laws and Operating Procedures in relation to adoption of the PDP Manual? hi all, i've developed an alternate version of the draft that captures my understanding of the "narrow, time-limited" definition of the SCI. i'm putting it out here for discussion, partly to see if my understanding is correct and partly as an alternative for the group to consider. with the exception of one nit-pick in the "Working Method" section, all of my changes are in the "General" section.
