This was only the case for the V-chair election a few years ago. The Board seat election worked just fine. There were two candidates one from each SG. ballot 1: 6:7 ballot 2: 8:5 Winner declared. Ballots were secret. Which voter kept party discipline and which didn't is (somewhat) secret. The method worked fine. avri
