To be consistent with those guidelines, I tend to prefer that we adopt the following leadership positions : - A Chair (1) : duties defined in point 2.2.1 of the WG Guidelines - A Vice-Chair (s) : duties defined in point 2.2.2 of the same guidelines. The question will be how many Vice-Chair we will elect ? In the presentation that Steve made tonight, I understood that 38 issues were identified and grouped in 5 groups. Khaled and all, I think the "beginning of consensus" has advanced beyond this summary, with the nomination of Steve Coates as a Co-Chair (alongside Jeff and Avri), which has now been supported by several others (myself included). I absolutely agree these ST Leads will need be qualified in the ST topics
Conveniently the Issues Report is subdivided into 5 key topics
1 PROCESS
2 LEGAL
3 STRINGS
4 IDNs
5 TECHNICAL, FINANCIAL , OPERATIONS.
I would be happy to put my name forward to lead as VC 5 . I think I am “qualified” to lead on the technical , financial , operational topics.
