Staff to review/edit and then share Excel document. 2) Letter to Chairs to collect statements: Send out a communication and get as many statements as possible. Include link in the communication on overall issues. Staff will prepare a draft letter. 3) Staff to send around a note to CC1 volunteers re: next steps 2.
