Hey Ariel et. al, I've thoroughly reviewed both, I've added several comments and suggestions on both google docs. I think #3 should be ok to move on with if the suggestions are taken into consideration (some might need more discussion). But unfortunately, I think #6 needs a lot more work and I've seen other comments asking for foundational additions (especially given the Chairs' input we got). I'm not sure it's a good idea for us to move forward with it yet given the comments that are already on the document that could potentially open conversations we still haven't had or ways of presenting this Improvement that we haven't tapped into yet. Dear All, In consultation with Rafik and Pam, staff would like to inform you that the interim finalization target date for Improvements #3 and #6 has to be extended to Monday, 12 August. With support from Rafik and Pam, lead staff will work with the Small Team leads (Marie for #3 and Phillipe for #6) to address the comments received, with the aim of delivering a revised final version by Monday, 12 August. During next week’s call, the Small Team is expected to do a final review of the Improvements #3 & #6 documents and see what has been revised. This final review is held as an exception due to the number of substantive comments received on the original finalization target date. The Small Team is expected to refrain from providing further substantive input and wordsmithing during the final review. The proposed agenda for next week’s call will be circulated shortly. Please find below the Google Docs which reflect the suggested edits/comments received from the Small Team. The main documents for #3 and #6 still contain redlines, as staff/Small Team will walk the Small Team through the changes during the call tomorrow (Tuesday, 13 August at 13:00-14:00 UTC).
