accredited registrar, as a free add-on service.

of as a standalone service. I don¹t know whether the service is owned or
controlled by a registrar but perhaps someone else on this list does.

partners are accredited registrars.

I have been trying to remember the URL for one, and there it was in a slide
at this morning¹s law enforcement sessions. It was an example, not a
suggestion that the company is a possible target.
