Hi Mary, I sent out exactly what I intended to send out. This is a draft for discussion with our Subteam 4. I look forward to talking with you and the Subteam at 11am Eastern today. All, Please feel free to bring ideas, edits, changes, and particularly comments you reviewed that stuck with you and merit special notation in the Subteam 4 report. While other subteams note patterns, we can note outliers - the important contribution that merits special consideration. Best, Kathy On 9/21/2015 5:47 AM, Mary Wong wrote:
Hello Kathy and everyone, thanks for the detailed work and input!
Kathy – can you confirm that the last template you attached (below) is the one that consolidates all comments/review done by the Sub Team up to that point in time and as such is the template we will be using for the Sub Team meeting later today? Did you include any additional comments for discussion by the Sub Team (e.g. I’m not sure why some comments are in red, some in bold, etc.)? Also, given that some of the comments for review had been noted previously as having been referred to other Sub Teams for their input (e.g. some from IPC, NCSG and Blacknight), do you want staff to put back those notations that now no longer appear in the updated template?
Thanks and cheers Mary

Hi All, I've been working on this material since early this morning and have to move on to other projects, so let me send out what I have.
Overall, I drafted our Summary as a compilation of the comments we received -- moving category by category though our templates and providing quotes and summaries in bullet points under each Category. (Note: template now expanded to include comments that apply to Category A, law enforcement, and a few more I picked up in a detailed review along the way. Both docs attached.)
I think our job in the summary should be quite limited. When the WG takes up a new feature such as RAA/contracts or "penalties," we might recommend that WG/Staff return to the small set of "Subteam 4 comments" (that we flagged for them) which address these particular issues. Our range of comments is so diverse that we cannot summarize everything in detail, and many of these commenters devoted time, effort and etail to their suggestions - meriting more specific review when the matter comes up before the WG.
Please take a look and let me know what you think. I look forward to talking with you at 11am Eastern tomorrow (Mon). Best, Kathy
