Um, well, maybe you missed the conversation a couple threads back. But to make a long story real short, having classified broadband as a service with Title II obligations, the [U.S.] FCC has, in practice, accorded privacy rights to internet users. That has direct implications for collection and use of PIIs, a little matter that for which this WG might have a mild interest. [It also challenges the revealed wisdom of the status of user/consumer privacy in the American market but never you mind that.] Ironically...maybe even funny, come to think.... Google flagged your mail as likely 'spam'! -Carlton ============================== Carlton A Samuels Mobile: 876-818-1799 *Strategy, Planning, Governance, Assessment & Turnaround* ============================= On Wed, Jun 22, 2016 at 12:05 AM, benny@nordreg.se <benny@nordreg.se> wrote:
