Thanks Julie!
From the WGs charter I understand that the present WG is going to continue the implementation work. There is no necessity to renew a call for volunteers rather than calling the members/alternates/participants for ongoing participation. I’ve modified the motion accordingly, see attached. If there are no further comments I’ll send motion and plan to the council later today.

Also attached is a motion for GNSO Council consideration for adoption of the plan. Note that the edits suggested below by Wolf-Ulrich have been incorporated. Also, staff have added a sample possible Gantt timeline for the implementation of the Phase III medium and low priority recommendations. As noted in the document, these are sample possible timelines that will likely be altered during implementation, provided in accordance with the Board request for the implementation plan to contain realistic timelines. Wolf-Ulrich has agreed to convey the implementation plan and motion tomorrow on behalf of the GNSO Review WG. Thanks Julie and all for the work done so far. I don’t have comments with respect how to handle the recommendations. Regarding the timeline I think corresponding colours should be used in the Gantt chart as for the phases (page 33). Maybe in the executive summary it is useful to explain as a target that the implementation should be finished appropriate time before the next GNSO review is supposed to be started (which will be in 2019). In addition, I wonder whether it is possible to explain in the summary how we’re going to deal with the budget question (e.g. still under consideration). Small typo on page 1 para 1: 2x “approved”. I’m ready to introduce a related motion to the next council meeting. The document is provided in redline and clean versions, and in Word and PDF. Please note that the redlines reflect both the changes captured during today’s call, and also further suggested edits by staff for grammar and consistency in the recommendations. Finally, staff has suggested some additional details to be added to the Executive Summary and Overview of Recommendations since the Background has been moved to an Annex. Action items: 1. Staff will produce a final draft implementation plan and send it to the WG on 15 November (DONE). 2. WG members should provide any final edits or comments on the plan by Friday, 18 November, which staff will incorporate into the final implementation plan. 3. Staff will produce a draft motion for Wolf-Ulrich Knoben to send to the GNSO Council along with the final implementation plan by the document and motion deadline of Monday, 21 November for the 01 December Council meeting. Please provide any final edits or comments as noted in the actions above by Friday, 18 November. Any edits or comments will be addressed in the final version of the plan that will be sent to the GNSO Council on Monday, 21 November. Thank you all for your assistance in this important process.
