Hello Marika, If the proper way is to explicitly request 4 seat - calling this a consensus, and then rework this in case of GNSO Council denial to reach the new consensus for 3 seats (taking additional time and efforts), then I think we need to go with the text of the letter mentioning 4 seats (and I think we need Frederic to support to say that it was a consensus). This is something that Julf could also communicate if/when he submits the revised motion to the GNSO Council, but it does not seem that this needs to be called out in the motion itself as that is subject to an up or down vote.
