Dear Working Group members, Thank you all for joining Friday’s kick-off meeting. On the call, we spoke briefly about the areas of focus for the first weeks of Working Group: * High-level review of the topics within the Charter for Phase 1 * Prepare to request input from SO/AC/SG/Cs on topics in Phase 1 * Deliver Phase 1 Work Plan to GNSO Council In support of these three objectives, please find attached a proposed approach to conducting the high-level review of the topics within Phase 1. Please read the attached and share any questions on the mailing list. Below, drawing on this approach, you will find a proposed agenda for the Working Group meeting scheduled to take place on Friday 21 May 2021 at 18.00 UTC.
