Selina, Thank you! Good job this month too! I note that there seems to have been only a single lapse, and that the PTI's performance seems to have been impeded by the remote party. We have seen this on few occations in the past, and I thought we had "fixed the problemm" by adjusting all the metrics that involved transactions for which you are not responsible, but I realise now that we didn't get them all. The over-arching SLEs that span over multiple transactions involving both parties is a somewhat complicated field (e.g., total time of (re-)delegation).
