Dear All, The public comments period for the second draft of the guidelines closed on 16 Dec. 1. We have received eight (8) comments. Please suggest any edits or additions. 3. I will schedule weekly calls from the second week of January at the regular day and time of IDNGWG calls (Thursdays @ UTC 1100) to review the comments and finalize the guidelines. We have received many comments (see https://www.icann.org/public-comments/idn-guidelines-2017-10-19-en). However, we have also received a request from NCSG requesting the extension till this Friday. I hope it will be ok to extend the PC till then. I will work to summarize the comments in the meantime and share a summary report soon afterwards.
