A comment not specifically relating to the pre-amble and Article I is that the addresses for service in Section 14.2 all comprise named individual email accounts.
This may not be best pracrice and should therefore consideration should be given to updating utilising “role accounts” e.g. legal@icann.org <mailto:legal@icann.org> , ceo@icann.org <mailto:ceo@icann.org>

* On hold for future consideration, once the IFR2 gets to a place in its work where it feels it can phrase the question most meaningfully.
