Request for IRT Feedback: ICANN IGO Curative Rights UDRP and UDRP Rules V2 Drafts

Dear IRT, I hope this message finds you well. In advance of our meeting this Wednesday, 1 October @ 13:00 UTC, I would like to gently remind you all to provide comments on V2 of the UDRP and UDRP rules before the meeting. Both documents are available at the links below (Word versions also attached): GOOGLE DOC LINKS UDRP: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eNyRbunzFzwPtYXRqVDiiyRNZzrAM6xomks4GUu… UDRP Rules: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cKFD2VW5smL0O7m5AKozPLKeRN0pWzQhh8AD0N0… While the verbal input shared during our last call was helpful, to stay aligned with our stated timeline for public comment we kindly request that comprehensive written feedback be submitted by Wednesday. As requested on our call, we would greatly appreciate the IRT to: * Identify any critical changes to the latest drafts that you believe must be made before they are issued for public comment, and explain why; * Provide as much specific detail as possible about the changes needed (e.g. whether edits should remove an entire section or just a few lines); * Suggest any replacement text or alternative language if additions or substitutions are recommended; * Indicate any issues with the structure or formatting, e.g. placement of content between policy and rules) * Offer any other feedback as desired. Providing this level of detail will be crucial in helping the IPT finalize the documents and ensure that they accurately reflect the IRTs collective position. Your input will also help us to meet our agreed implementation milestones, which are dependencies within the broader IGO workstream timeline. Updated UDRP Documents for IRT Review - V2.0

The URS equivalents are currently under revision and will be issued as soon as possible for review at a subsequent meeting. Given the close proximity to the next meeting, Wednesday will be mainly focused on a walkthrough of version 2, allowing the group to give first impression feedback on the new approach. The subsequent meeting (1 October) will be dedicated to reviewing more detailed IRT comments and feedback. As a reminder, we are meeting weekly from now until Prep Week, on the 24th September, 1, 8 and 15th October, with the goal of finalizing the draft policy language as soon as possible. You should have received invites for all of these calls - if not, please reach out to me and Renate. Please also let us know ASAP should any of the above links be inactive.
