If I remember correctly, in London we decided that we wanted detailed minutes. Personally I would prefer short and focussed minutes, but went with the majority. We should not criticise Sam for delivering what we asked for. Having seen her work in the past, I know that she is very good at pulling key information out from a lot of detail and would probably have been very happy to have done succinct. Yes, perhaps too detailed. I find minutes that summarize discussion more helpful. We have full transcripts when details are needed.
That said, I am not asking for any changes to these minutes. I am making a suggestion about the future.
