Hello all In response to the input received by the 7 August deadline for commenting on the minutes, attached are the updated drafts of minutes as well as Annex A to the minutes (the "matrix"). Could some kind person please add them to the appropriate dropbox folder? I have only received one set of comments on the minutes from one person (Daniel Karrenberg) but have noticed that a few members have updated the matrix in the dropbox folder, including some who weren't present at the meeting or who have added some more informationto augment their statements at the meeting. So at this point, it might be useful to change the two references in the minutes for Days 1 and 2 to the matrix to explain it is not just a record of what people said in the meeting, but also now contains more information added after the meeting. I haven't made this change to the minutes yet, but if there are no objections posted to this list, please expect to see this change in the published version. To differentiate between those who were at the meeting and provided input there from those who weren't present but have voluntarily added information subsequently, I have added a separate table at the bottom for the post-Meeting 1 folks. But if you would prefer it to be all one table (and therefore more easily decoupled from the minutes of Meeting 1, and updated later, perhaps, as needed), please let me know or make the change to the dropbox copy. Finally, please note as explained by Manal on the mailing list, her row in the matrix is pending some text to be agreed by the GAC. In relation to the minutes, there are two documents that would be usefull to include hyperlinks to: - Jari's presentation on Day 1 about IETF's perspectives on proposal development for the IANA stewardship transition. - The draft of the secretariat functions that was edited on the big screen on Day 2. There is yellow highlighter in the minutes to show where these two references would apear. I have trawled through the mail archives, but haven't been able to find the documents. If anyone knows where they are, or would like them added to the resources for Meeting 1 so they can be linked to from the minutes, please let me know. Otherwise, the published version of the minutes will not contain links to either of these documents. Regards Samantha
