Did we agree to demand a written undertaking from the ICANN Board in addition to Wu's statements? I do not think we agreed that. Wu is our liaison, he was there and heard what was said and summarised well by Alissa. I am sure Wu can see to it that his assurances are reinforced as necessary without this action point appearing in the minutes.
