Thanks Alissa for the slides .. Two comments : - On slide 5, shouldn't we include participation of the community on this slide .. We can have a 4th crowd representing the community/other interested parties (maybe in the center), participating to the different processes of the operational communities .. - On the last slide, I suggest adding reference to the ICG FAQ, if the FAQ is now out for public, is it? Mostly looks fine, acceptable. I cannot, however, figure out what you are trying to say with slide #5. Who or what are the three little stick figures that are scurrying from one process to another.
They are the people participating in multiple processes and/or helping with coordination between the proposals. E.g., you, me, John Curran ... Alissa

I put together a few slides to use to provide an introduction to the ICG at our community discussion and other meetings at ICANN51. I'm not a big fan of words on slides, but there are some words on these slides. :) I stripped some of the detail from the timeline to make it
presentable on slides, with the idea of using the timeline as a vehicle for explaining the proposal development process going forward. In the side meetings I will probably not use all of these since time is limited.
