This was also my understanding, and we did not want to establish the precedent that this would be done for meetings that weren¹t face-to-face (teleconferences). Thanks‹ J. On 10/20/14, 19:26 , "Alissa Cooper" <alissa@cooperw.in> wrote:
Thanks Samantha.
ICG members: I thought what we agreed as far as publishing something immediately out of the meeting was to publish just the Decisions and Action Items, in a way that they could be understood by the public and people who didn¹t attend/watch the meeting. I thought this was more along the lines of what Lynn was suggesting, so that the public could understand what was achieved at the meeting without having to read even several pages of minutes. Did I misunderstand?
Thanks, Alissa

Hello all
I have just completed the draft short version of the minutes. These are very short (6 pages for a full day's meeting) and do not show detail of the discussion, but as requested in the meeting today, focus on providing a little bit of context to the actions and decisions of the meeting.
The short version of the minutes can be found on Dropbox:

I hope you all have a safe journey home.
