Dear IOTF Members:
As mentioned on the last IOTF call, the RZERC term sheet has been turned into a charter. Formatting was applied to put the content into paragraph format rather than table format. Minor wording changes were also made to turn the bullets into complete sentences. There was a request to add some ³whereas² to the charter, however, as that is not typically used in ICANN charter documents, we did not insert any.
Thank you for your input and contributions to this document. ICANN will post this charter for a 30-day comment period this Friday.
