Dennis, I’ve been thinking about this email and 269 comments that require further evaluation and consideration are a lot to get through. Do you have this list identified and can you share it with the IRT now? From your email, it sounds like you don’t want to share more until the IPT has finished its evaluation. That said, I think it would be helpful if we could review those comments ahead of time, potentially speeding up subsequent tasks? Either way, do you have an estimate on when you will be able to share the IPT’s detailed evaluation for IRT review? You are indeed correct that working though the public comment is difficult and time consuming. Of the 518 comments, we’ve identified 269 comments requiring further careful evaluation and consideration. IPT is doing the detailed work to evaluate for potential impact to the policy implementation requirements and IRT will be asked to review our work when we are done. I’ve chosen to do it this way to conserve the IRT efforts to tasks that we really need you for.
