As I mentioned pls submit the talk officially to the RIPE PC at https://meetings.ripe.net/pc/login.php We have not concluded selecting of talks for RIPE 65. But pls submit is asap, so we can still consider it. If not anything, we could probably give you that 10 mins as a "Lightning Talk". You can also already submit it as a lightning talk if you like too.
