Hi José Not saying that I agree with Carlton's views, but as a member of LACRALO, he, as all members, should be free to state his views, bring up any issue etc. Or is it that the only rights that one has as a member in LACRALO is to vote for officers, and thereafter sit back and shut up and only those appointees are permitted to raise issues?
