It is quite frankly counterproductive to continue this conversation about "2 sub regions". As Jacqueline says it is nothing more a distraction. We are going to have to work with each other and respect each other interests. Let us take advantage of the diversity that we have and the skills that each of us brings to the table. Someone spoke during the call about AFRALO. I have no doubt that they have internal issues as well, but certainly on the face of it they seem to work despite many the languages and cultural differences that they might have in that RALO.
