If governments and businesses are made of citizens and non-citizens who at any given time could be performing or not performing their civic and/or business functions, it would be difficult to accurately rely on the model where the three mentioned groups are always an accurate representation of society's structure, as you postulated: 1) Government, 2) Business 3) Citizens who are not affiliated with 1+2 The above model should be scrapped, and replaced with the idea of an overall "Civil Society" as I have previously defined. All groups within a civil society function in accordance with the science Stanley Milgram proved to be correct. A society that does not function in that way is not a "society" at all, but an oligarchy or dictatorship where slavery replaces the idea of society. Ron
